Where can I view samples of your wall panels in Asia?

Currently, only our Singapore HQ at 1 Tampines Industrial Dr, Singapore 528546 is fully set up for viewing. While our Bali showroom is almost completed.

How do I visit your showroom in Singapore?

What materials are used in the production of the wall panels?


Our wall panels are made from high-quality materials like Polyurethane, Resin, Ultra High Performance Concrete, Natural stones, etc. This ensures that the panels are lightweight and durable. Please refer to each category for further details.

How do I install the wall panels? 

While our wall panels are easy to manage, and would require lesser manpower to install. We recommend hiring professionals as they'll have the right equipment for cutting, levelling and adhering the panels to your wall with precision. 

Can the wall panels be used in both residential and commercial settings?

Our 3D decorative wall panels are versatile and suitable for both residential and commercial applications. They can be used in living rooms, bedrooms, offices, restaurants, and retail spaces.

What sizes and designs are available for the wall panels?


Our wall panels come in a variety of sizes and designs to suit any style or space. You can find detailed information on available designs and dimensions in our product catalogue.

How long does it take to install the wall panels compared to traditional methods?

Compared to traditional wall coverings, our precast 3D wall panels can be installed up to 50% faster, saving you time and labour costs.

How do I clean and maintain the wall panels?

Our wall panels are low maintenance and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or tools that may damage the surface.

What is the lifespan of the wall panels?

Our 3D decorative wall panels are designed to last for years with proper care and maintenance. They are highly durable and most of our wall panels are fire and water resistant.

Can the wall panels be used for outdoor applications or in high-humidity environments like bathrooms?


Our product has been tested and certified for different environments, and most of our popular categories are fire and water-resistant. We do advise you to reach us for product installation advice when installing in countries where temperatures can approach freezing.

Do you offer a warranty or guarantee for your wall panels?

No, we do not offer a warranty on our wall panels. However, we offer a 30-day refund of defective or damaged wall panels. 

How does the 30-day refund work ?

Customers are required to check their products within 30-days upon receiving them. Upon finding a defective or damaged wall panel, they are required to take a photo of the specific wall panel(s) and send them to us. We will initiate the refund within 14 working days. Refunds are only restricted to wall panels and are not applicable to costs on shipping.

Are there any certifications or industry standards that your wall panels adhere to?

Yes, please refer to the individual categories in our product catalogue.

Can I request a custom design or size for the wall panels?

We accept custom design and size requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team to discuss.

Are your products available immediately?

We require 10 days of production after an order is placed, and larger orders may require additional processing time. Availability does not consider shipping time. So we advise our customers to plan their projects' lead time with these in mind.

Do you provide samples?


Yes, we can arrange samples at USD15/pc (subject to availability – it may take 7 days of production). Dimension for sample size varies from 200·200 mm to 200·300 mm. There will be additional charges for air freight depending on the sample weight and size & quantity you choose and may cost from USD100 onwards. Maximum up to 8 pcs per order.​

Where can I make purchases?


We are excited to share that we are currently in the process of launching an ordering portal for our franchisees to facilitate the demand of our 3D decorative wall panels. It is due to be launched by Q4 2023. For the time being, please refer to our catalogue and submit a quotation request.​

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity is 10 pcs. Some products require a minimum of 5 sqm.

IMPORTANT: We recommend an additional 10% buffer on the products you order with us. This is to avoid any unforeseen circumstances e.g. damage during delivery, insufficient material due to measurement errors, change of design plan, etc. We will not be liable for the above aforementioned if it occurs.

How much do the wall panels cost, and are there any bulk discounts available?

What are your shipping options, and how long does shipping take?

We offer various shipping options (Freight and Air). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please refer to "What are your shipping charges and delivery time?" for more details.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship worldwide. We offer CIF (depending on country) & DDP terms 

What are your shipping charges and delivery time?

Shipping time and charges for sea freight to various destinations worldwide can vary significantly based on several factors, including the destination port, shipping lines used, and the choice of service (LCL or FCL). Below is a rough estimate of the shipping times and costs for some major destinations. 


Please note that these are approximate values and may not accurately represent current rates and shipping times. 

IMPORTANT 1: Shipping time does not include port clearance once it arrives at your destination. Each country has regulations that can delay or quicken when our wall panels arrive to you.

IMPORTANT 2: Shipping prices can also fluctuate because of seasonality, shipping line capacity, and fluctuations in fuel prices.

The Sample Kit showcases various materials, textures, finishes, colours, and designs, providing a complete overview of our offerings. It retails for, USD3888 (Free Shipping) and you're immediately enrolled in the Industrial Professionals Program.  

What is the difference between the Franchise Program and the Industrial Professionals Program?

Individuals or companies in the franchise program are responsible for the reselling of our products. While those in the industrial professional program are beneficiaries to exclusive prices when they order from us.
